In the city center of Turin, a renovation project revolutionizes the environmental concept.

A flat in the city center of Tourin, where, through a careful restoration project cared by Studioata the environmental concept has been revolutionized.
The main challenge was in the reorganization of the living area to create a space united but divided.
The project is focused on a space, initially divided in three rooms, transformed after in a single room, bright and flexible.
Two partition walls divide the kitchen and the study, turning into a support for the hand-drawn wallpapers, which like pictures, characterize and embellish the space.
Four sliding lacquer doors open, close, unite and divide. A full-height thin iron bookcase crosses the entire living area, letting the eye perceives the space as unique.
Space perfectly fused thanks to the choice of one only floor, a three layers parquet in Italian walnut wood of the Bottega DELBASSO collection which, for its technical characteristics, can be easily laid in the bathroom and in the kitchen.
An oil/paint finishing has been applied to the parquet for this project since it combines the oiled parquet warmth with the water paint resistance.
The superficial painting, indeed, crystallizes the aesthetic characteristics of the wood assuring a long term strength and durability.
The countless grains and nuances distinguishing this essence are exalted by the oil, making this parquet highly valuable and never old, simple and sophisticated at the same time, perfect for modern and classical spaces.
