ARCHITECT: VALENTINA PISANI / YEAR: 2016

In Pescocostanzo, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, skiing heart in Abruzzo, the restyling project of this chalet was born. A residence destined to relax and tranquility, where its accessories evoke wellness and comfort sensations.
The most important area of the chalet is the living one, core of all the project, inside which we find one of the typical characteristics of the mountain houses, the stone fireplace.
Inevitable are the architectural elements such as the left exposed beams and the wall covered with reclaimed fir in first patina. They make you feel warm and protected.
To create a perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, the materials used for all the restyling live in nature, mainly the recovered wood used to cover the, not simply, floors but also some walls.
The reclaimed waxed fir belonging to Bottega DELBASSO collection, chosen by the architect to emphasize the color palette with warm and natural tones, harmonize the contrast between the modern and country style, typical of the mountain houses.
The DELBASSO first patina has been developed to make typical each environment, the irregular surface, the countless shapes and crevices make perfect this mountain chalet, where the aim is to restore a warm but living atmosphere.
The eco-chic complements are inevitable, the soft fur carpets and the echo deer antler, large and comfortable sofas and precious and old furniture, in a perfect harmony with the last trends of the interior design.
Wood, absolute protagonist also in the kitchen, used as floor and lining, in a natural palette as in all the house, with the infinite shades from brown to green.
